Toss the chicken breasts in olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning.
Place chicken on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for approx 12 minutes.
Slice the bell pepper into strips.
Quarter the avocado.
When chicken has been cooked thoroughly, remove from oven and slice into strips.
Serve each chicken breast with 1/4 of the bell pepper and 1/4 of the avocado. Wrap in a leaf of lettuce in lieu of tortilla. Top each serving with 1/4 cup of cheese and 1 tablespoon of salsa.
