Brunch for a Goddess

Ingredients

  • hard-boiled egg
  • 1 cup zucchini noodles
  • grape tomatoes, red or yellow
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt, plain 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 strips of turkey bacon (cooked)

Directions

Plate 1 cup of zucchini noodles.

Slice egg, cherry tomatoes and avocado. Add to plate.

Top with 2 tablespoons of plain greek yogurt.

Drizzle plate with olive oil and lemon juice.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with 2 cooked strips of turkey bacon and a warm cup of herbal tea.
