Hot Pastrami Deli Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces deli pastrami (you can get it from your local deli counter or look for it in near the packaged deli meats at your local grocery)
  • 4 sliced red beets (from a can)
  • 4 slices of carrot
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 spear dill pickle 

Directions

Top 2 cups of fresh spinach with 4 ounces of deli pastrami.

Add sliced beets, carrot and cucumber to the salad.

Drizzle with red wine vinegar.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with a dill pickle.
